Furthermore, this trek that starts from Siwai. Although this trek includes uneven tracks, anyone without trekking practices can complete it. The trek difficulty is only moderate. So. get ready with your gears and take your steps.

Itinerary

  1. Day 1Arrive in Kathmandu

    Today, you will arrive in Kathmandu. After arriving at the airport, our team willgreet and guide you to the hotel.

    Since, it is the first day, you can take your time to take a stroll around Kathmandu city or get to know the people better there. You can enjoy your day either resting or wondering the place.

    There are many places to enjoy or to shop at. In the evening, we will give you a brief detail about your trip to Annapurna Base Camp.

  2. You will have breakfast at the hotel and then pack your belongings and head towards your flight. You will be flying to Pokhara(30 minutes) and will drive to Siwai (2 hours) on a jeep. After which you will start the trekking.

    The second-day trek will be from Siwai to Chhomrong. You will reach to Siwai from Pokhara in a jeep and from Siwai you will trek up to Chhomrong for 3-4 hours.

    Chhomrong where you can see the life of Gurung community. You will find the local way of farming done in that part of Nepal. You will see their local gardens and livestocks.

  3. Rocky trails and getting closer to the true adventure is part of the third day. After breakfast at Chhomrong, hike to Himalaya Hotel. The Himalaya Hotel will be the last place before you reach the Annapurna Sanctuary.

    The roads to the Himalaya Hotel are a complete jungle area, and you'll also pass through a couple of avalanche tracks. Then you'll arrive at the Himalaya Hotel, where you'll spend the night.

  4. Today, you will be getting ahead to the base of Annapurna ranges.

    You'll have breakfast, and then you can start your journey to the Annapurna Base Camp. We will head from Himalaya Hotel to Annapurna Base Camp.

    On your way to Annapurna Base Camp, you will also pass through the Machhapuchre Base Camp. After a trek to Machhapuchre Base Camp, your destination is 2.9 km away. This can also be another highlight of your trip since you came across another destination.

    After trekking to the altitude of 4130 m, you will reach the Annapurna Base Camp. And you will spend the night there.

  5. Today, you will trek down to Sinuwa. Discover the bamboo forest and visit the local tea houses. Here, you can try the varieties of teas made by locals. The new taste and differences will energize your mind, and then you will continue to descend.

    There are a number of lodges for your meals. Enjoy the simple taste of the small community.

    Then you will continue to trek down to Sinuwa which is on the altitude of 2350 m. Don't forget to enjoy nature and spot the various species of birds and plants. You will be spending the night there.

  6. Jhinu is famous for having natural hot springs in Nepal. You can take a relaxing stay there to relief your sore muscles and take away the pain. There are few of those natural springs there to relax so you can go visit there. This will also help you heal the soreness.

    Located in the hillside area, it is also a wonderful place to enjoy the sight. Celebrate your trek’s success on this day and enjoy on the hot spring to relax.

  7. Today is the last day of the trek and you will descend down to Siwai. You will continue down with the natural forests and tracks of Nepal and simply enjoy the calmness of it. The trek downwards will be shorter than the trek you had to climb.

    We reach Siwai then an hour drive will take us back to Pokhara, then we drive back to Kathmandu, return to the bustle of the capital of Nepal within about 6 hours.

    Optional, if your time permits, spend a night in Pokhara and enjoy the delights of Pokhara, taking a trip to a spa massage or listening to live music. Or simply relax in a quiet café, restaurant overlooking the Fewa lake.

  8. Today is rest and relax throughout the day or say goodbye to Nepal. Enjoy your final moments in Kathmandu with a city strollor souvenir shopping.

    In the evening, we will have a farewell dinner in a typical Nepalese restaurant with culture show.

    Our representative will meet you at your hotel and drive you to the Airport for your return flight home.

    Accommodation

    Accommodations are provided on the twin-sharing basis. If you are a solo traveler, a single supplement will be served. Accommodations during the trek in the Himalayas, you will be staying at basic mountain lodges where you'll have a nice and clean room with the warm blankets, pillows, and comfortable matrices (matrices may not be very thick size but they’re comfortable).

    Meals

    During the trek, we can enjoy authentic Nepalese food as well the more common international cuisine (Tibetan, Continental, Italian, Indian, etc.). Breakfast and dinner will be served from a lodge menu where we spend the night whereas lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. All meals will be provided during trekking, there will also be farewell dinner.

    Best Time to Visit

    The best time to visit Himalayas is between September to December and March to May, when the skies are a clear blue and the views spectacular. The weather remains dry until about May, with temperatures varying between regions.

    Nepal is good for trekking throughout the year. Autumn and spring seasons are the most famous trekking seasons in the Himalayan region of Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet. It has beautiful, cool, blue skies, clear weather conditions and amazing views of the white mountains and the countryside.

    During the spring season, this time of year offers a breathtaking view of the Rhododendron flowers and lush forests.
