I have had two excellent experiences with Himalaya Discovery, both solo treks - one to Rara lake and the other to the wonderful city of Lo Mantang.  What was impressive was the day-to-day flexibility - if the planes were not flying they found a work-around, and they took careful note of my level of fitness and stayed within sensible and safe bounds. Our family of four, including two teenagers, had an amazing experience trekking the 10-day Annapurna Circuit with Magical Summits. Everything was well organized, and we felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip. Our guide was fantastic, and both of our porters were absolutely incredible. They were hardworking, friendly, and always had smiles on their faces. They truly helped make this such a memorable experience. The scenery was breathtaking, and this is a trip our family will never forget. The only thing we would do differently is take the bus to Muktinath instead of hiking that final section. It was very windy, and much of the route follows the road, so it wasn't nearly as enjoyable as the rest of the trek. Also, if you're short on time like we were, we'd recommend taking the flights whenever possible. The jeep rides are very long over rough roads and definitely not for the faint of heart! One last tip for future trekkers: talk to your doctor about taking altitude sickness medication before your trip. We ended up needing it and were very glad we had it with us. I did my Mera Peak summit with Magical Summits, which is part of Himalaya Discovery Adventures, all under one umbrella. Communication from the very beginning was easy, with options to customise the trip, a strong client focus, and a clear willingness to accommodate requests, including some flexibility on pricing. The owner, Chhirring, was always available and responsive, which made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring. My guide, Lakpa, showed strong guiding and personal skills throughout,  always trying to adapt to my preferences, acting promptly, and being reliable in all situations. While my trekking experience had a few challenges and the itinerary had to be slightly adjusted due to weather conditions, everything was handled professionally, with my satisfaction always being the priority. I had one the best hiking experiences with Himalaya Discovery.  My guide, Nimadorje was truly amazing and a wonderful human being.  I did the Gokyo+EBC via chola pass.  We were blessed with weather being clear.  Accommodations were great and best part was ability to customize the hike on the fly.  We did the hike literally singing and dancing the whole way.  On the way back, I pulled my back muscle coming out of helicopter, Nimadorje treated me like his family member and got me to my hotel.  I cannot recommend them enough. Amazing Treks with Magical Summit – Highly Recommended I have done two treks with Magical Summit, and both were fantastic. Last year I did the Nar Phu Valley trek with my son, and this year I returned for the Two High Passes trek with a climb to Lobuche Peak. Everything was very well organized and safe. The agency has a lot of experience and good local contacts. They are professional, but not too big—so you feel like a real person, not just one in a big group. The people working there know who you are, they will welcome you in the airport, have dinner with you and really care about your trip. My guide, Nima, was wonderful. He is so kind and funny, brings a lot of positive energy everywhere he goes, and always makes sure you are feeling good and safe. I always felt in very good hands. The owner, Chhiring, is also great. He answered all my questions quickly, comprehensively and helped plan everything to suit me with alot of patience and honesty. Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza fantastica grazie all'organizzazione di Chhiring per il nostro viaggio in Nepal. L’itinerario, che includeva il Poon Hill Trek e una visita a Chitwan, è stato pianificato nei minimi dettagli. Chhiring ci ha accolti in aeroporto e ci ha accompagnati passo dopo passo, spiegandoci tutto con chiarezza e disponibilità. Sempre presente per ogni esigenza, ha anche organizzato una piacevole cena di arrivederci e il trasferimento finale all’aeroporto. Durante il trekking, la guida e il porter sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Anche il soggiorno a Chitwan è stato perfettamente gestito: safari ben organizzato e hotel davvero favoloso.
